Simply show up 5 to 10 minutes before class start time and we’ll get you going.
Use your classes on either Saturday or Sunday, or if you're tough enough, do both days on the same weekend.
Sunday Class – ANY GIVEN SUNDAY - Mofotiv8 with Myk Suxxe - 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Join the fitness movement with one the areas absolute top trainers. Myk Suxxe spent 8 years running his class called Any Given Sunday at Lifetime Fitness building up a huge following. He now joins forces with Velocity Fitness to bring his amazing, brutal, fun, and high energy class to anyone.
Saturday Class – Brutal Boot Camp EX - with Jud Roberts - 8:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. plus
A brutal 1 hour plus extreme bootcamp. Very challenging, but possible for most fitness levels if you work hard. We have additional time optional for those wanting a longer workout and/or training for something like the Tough Mudder. You do not need to be a Mud Racer to do any part, or all of these workouts.
Optional extended time focused on training for obstacle racing. Typical class length is 1.5 hours and gets longer as we move close to the Tough Mudder in September. We have done the Tough Mudder 4 years in a row with a 100% completion rate with teams as large as 60 people. If you are doing the Mudder, or considering it, come train with us and you will be ready.
