About the Workout

An intense, energizing workout that combines cardio machines with a second training technique.  We have top of the line treadmills, rowers, bikes, and elliptical machines that are easy on your body and give you variety in your cardio choice.

1.       Strength Training:  A method of improving muscular strength by gradually increasing the ability to resist force through the use of free weights, machines, or the person’s own body weight.  Circuit Training is often used for our stength training sessions.

2.       H.I.I.T - Body Weight:  High Intensity Interval Training.  An exercise strategy alternating periods of short intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods.  These short, intense workouts provide improved athletic capacity and condition, improved glucose metabolism, and improved fat burning.
