One-on-one training in our private studio provides completely personalized workout plans to meet your specific goals.  We educate, guide, and lead you along the way, but we also work toward you being comfortable with working on your own, or in a group.  Only you are guaranteed to be with you for the rest of your life, so allow our educated and experienced trainers to teach you!

Just wanted to send out kudos to you and let you know about what a life changing experience my workouts at Velocity Fitness have been for me. I'm 57 yrs. old and have been an avid backcountry snowmobiler for about 20 years now. I have always been an average rider and often times struggled to handle my 600 lb. sled in the deep snow. Many times in the past I would find myself unable to keep my balance and my sled moving in neck deep powder. I would eventually end up stuck and having to wrestle the machine out of a hole, which can be extremely exhausting. Recently, I spent 3 days with my buddies in the backcountry doing some extreme riding and I was ecstatically surprised to find out how at ease I was on my machine. I was able to "boondock" through the snow, trees, and hills with relatively little effort. I was able to carve through the snow making sharp turns that would have thrown me off the sled in the past. I had the strength to pull myself up and out from deep holes and maintain my momentum. My buddies were quite impressed as they watched from behind as they were unable to navigate the same deep snow. Also, in the past I would have been exhausted after day one, this time I felt like I could have ridden for a week. I can't thank you enough for helping me to achieve this level of strength and stamina. I had been begrudgingly thinking it might be time to retire from some of my favorite activities, snowmobiling, basketball, and softball. Not anymore thanks to you!
